i-City, Shah Alam for i-Berhad
Started in 2004, the development of the entire i-City ultrapolis envelops 72 acres in Section 7, Shah Alam, Selangor. The development comprises of 21.5 acres for cyber office blocks, 2.4 acres for the initial i-Residence project, 12.1 acres for the i-Soho, I-Suites by Best Western, Liberty, Parisien and Hyde residential blocks, 7.5 acres for the Central development inclusive of a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 11.1 acres for the Central i-City Shopping Mall, 12.5 acres for retention ponds, and the remaining 15 acres for further projects on the drawing board. The ultrapolis also includes a Theme Park, Wax Museum, Convention Centre, Performing Arts Centre, shop-houses, and a Water Theme Park. PKT is providing full services for all residence blocks, SoHos, hotels, strata offices, shop-houses, entertainment areas, and associated infrastructure.
Solaris Dutamas 2, Dutamas for UEM Sunrise
With its completion at the end of 2009 and sitting on 17-acres of freehold land, the development comprises of 2.14 million square feet of built-up space, consisting of over 400 Retail Outlets, 1,000 Office Suites, 800 Serviced Residences and 2 vibrant open piazzas. The development was popularized by its Publika Mall, which received the award for Best Retail Mall by FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards in 2014. The Serviced Residences are split into 3 towers: Park Tower, Boulevard Tower and Urbane Tower, all units coming fully fitted, along with the fitting facilities to cater for residents. PKT provided full services for all the above, including the quantity take-off of the immensely complex basement, recording approximately 1.5 million cubic meters of excavated earth, covering a total area of 700,000 square feet.
Oxley Towers, KLCC for Oxley Rising
With its planned completion in 2021, Oxley Towers sits on 3.11 acres of prime land in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, breaching approximately 1.9 million sq.ft. of built up area. The development will consist of 3 towers, a 75-level and 45-level fusion of Serviced Apartments and Hotel rooms managed by So Sofitel and Jumeirah respectively, while the remaining 25-level tower will consist of Office Suites. All 3 towers will rest atop a 5 level basement and 5 level podium, made up of 2 levels of Retail and 8 levels of Car Parking. All in all, the development will comprise of 388 Hotel rooms, 857 units of Serviced Apartments, 274 units of Office suites and 21 Retail outlets, with accompanying facilities to cater to the Serviced Apartment residents and Hotel guests. PKT is providing full services for the entire development, which will alter the skyline of Kuala Lumpur.
218 Macalister, Penang for Tropicana Macalister
This development’s planned completion is in 2018, consisting of a blend of Retail, Offices, Serviced Residences and the first in Malaysia “Marriott Courtyard Hotel”. Sitting on a 2.1 acres, the two towers, labelled Tower T & Tower M of 218 Macalister sits atop a 12 level podium and 2 levels of Basement Car Parking. The podium can be broken down into 8 levels of podium Car Parking, 2 levels for Retail lots and lobbies for the Serviced Residences and Hotel, and 2 levels dedicated to facilities for the Serviced Residences and Hotel. The 32-level Tower T and 33-level Tower M comprises of 211 units of office suites split between the two towers, 88 Serviced Apartments – with units ranging from 683 sq.ft. to 1,299 sq.ft., and 199 rooms of the Marriott Courtyard Hotel. PKT is providing full services for the entire development.
Southern Marina, Puteri Harbour, Johor for Perlis Plantation Berhad (PPB), Kerry Group & Khazanah Nasional
Located at a rough 45-minute drive away from Singapore CBD, this Joint Venture development involving the infamous Kuok Group is planned to be complete by the end of 2018. The development, sitting on 12.5 acres of land, will comprise of 4 towers atop an 8-level podium, with a total built up area of approximately 4.65 million sq.ft.. The podium will consist of 4 levels of Retail and 4 levels of Car Parking, while the 4 towers can be broken down into 2 Residential towers – 28-levels and 30-levels, hosting a total of 456 units; a 32-level tower comprising 5 levels of 74 units of Serviced Offices and 27 levels of 335 units of Serviced Apartments; and a 33-level Premium Residential block with 178 units. PKT is providing full services for the entire development.
Sutera Avenue, Kota Kinabalu for MahSing
This development extends over 4.26 acres of land and located less than 4 kilometers away from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Consisting of 2 separate blocks, the total built up area of 1.375 million sq.ft. will be a combination of Retail, Offices and Residential units, with 2 levels of Basement Car Parking. Block A comprises of 3 levels of shops and 9 levels of 180 office suites, while Block B comprises of a 2 level Festive Retail Mall below 3 11-level towers with a total of 320 residential units. PKT is providing full services for the entire development.
BBCC Entertainment Block, Jalan Hang Tuah
Located on the previous Pudu Jail site, PKT is currently providing full Quantity Surveying services for the Entertainment Block, comprising of the Malaysian Grand Bazaar, the Music Theatre Zepp Hall (a subsidiary of Sony), a Banquet Hall, a cinema, and two towers – 41-levels and 29-levels of 351 office suites and 379 4-star hotel rooms to be managed by Ascott respectively.
Continew, Jalan Tun Razak for Ibraco Berhad
Sitting on 1.44 acres near to the TRX site in KL, this development comprises of 2 towers, 44 and 50 levels, with a mixture of Office suites, Retail outlets, and Serviced Apartment units. The launched 510 units residential component of the development is due for completion in 2022, and will have a large array for facilities, including 5 levels of sky gardens at levels 22, 32, 42, 45 and 49. PKT is providing full services for the entire development.
Shaw Parade, Jalan Changkat Thambi Dollah for Shaw Brothers
This redevelopment of the previous Shaw Parade involves the demolition of part of the existing retail building and the addition of 5 levels of Retail to connect to the existing building, along with 11 levels of 286 3 to 4-star hotel rooms to be managed by Mercure hotels. PKT provided full services for this integrated redevelopment.

This upcoming development in the Iskandar region of Johor consists of 7 blocks atop a 5,852,800 sq.ft. single level Car Park.
