Confidential MNC Logistics Hub, Shah Alam

The development of this 3 storey logistics hub in Shah Alam involved the demolition of the existing 2 storey facility on the site, and construction of the new facility, which is already underway. The construction is split into 2 phases to ensure full operations of the existing facility whilst construction of the new warehouse is undertaken. PKT was engaged for full QS services from feasibility study of the redevelopment, various design options including potential use of the ASRS system.

Mapletree Logistics Hub, Shah Alam

Comprising of 2 blocks of 4-storey warehouse space, Mapletree Logistics Warehouse is designed to be warehouses for rent for a multitude of companies, where the warehouse space is malleable for their clients to expand their space requirements when and where needed. Engaged for full Quantity Surveying services, PKT undertook detailed concept design costing for the client of various design options, and progressively updated costing on further development of the selected design, to eventual tender.

Advanced Technology Fabrication

PKT is currently delivering 2 Advanced Technology Fabrication Facilities for 2 large MNCs, one in Melaka (with total floor area of approximately 97,712m2) and another in Penang (approximately 2.5Msf+). We have been involved in cost planning, contract advice, procurement of contractors, contract administration for these semiconductor players.

Sime Darby Pre-Delivery Inspection & Warehouse

Designed as a hybrid between a spare part warehouse and a pre-delivery inspection center (PDIC) for Sime Darby Motors, the warehouse and storage area will accommodate all of their brands including Hyundai, Porsche, BMW, Rolls Royce, Ford and the like. This center will cater towards the storing of close to 600 cars with view of expanding in the future with the current phase having a built-up area of approximately 120,000 square feet.

Hap Seng Industrial Hub, Shah Alam

A combination of a flatted warehouse, semi-detached warehouses, detached warehouses, and an office block to cater for the staff working in the area, Hap Seng Industrial Hub was designed to cater to multiple clients looking to store and manage their products, as well as provide office spaces to Multi-National companies (MNCs). Overall, achieving 2.3 million square feet on a 20.23 acres plot of land, the project will provide the best warehouse and industrial support spaces in Malaysia. PKT is undertaking full Quantity Surveying Services.

AAJ Warehouse, Ulu Klang

A logistics hub developed for the usage of AREA Logistics, with a built-up area of approximately 1.2 million square feet, and a 320,000 square feet floor plate, PKT was engaged for full QS services. The logistics hub was planned to support the current booming e-commerce industry, and to provide a warehousing location for the businesses and affordable rates. PKT is undertaking full Quantity Surveying Services. 

Nusajaya Tech Park, Nusajaya, Johor

Stretching across approximately 120 acres, the Nusajaya Industrial Park in Johor current consists of 43 Ready-Built Factories (RBF), ranging from the smallest, being a semi-detached design of 13,147 sqft., to the largest, being a 43,000 sqft. detached unit. The 120 acres the Industrial Park currently sits on includes the ASCENDAS TM Data Centre, and several plots undergoing planning for Built-to-Suit (BTS) Factories. The other phases of Nusajaya Tech Park beside the Industrial Park will comprise of retail and commercial towers to support each other. PKT is currently undertaking services for the entire development.

Deluxe Food Factory, Pulau Indah

Built for a European food manufacturing company listed in the Singaporean Stock Exchange, Envictus International Holdings Ltd, this 160,000 square feet food factory with ofce was built with 2 sections of 25m long spans to accommodate the assembly line equipment.
