A building in which its achievements largely speaks for itself, Bangunan Lestari in Cyberjaya has proven to be one of PKT’s most revered projects. This commercial development, completed in 2011, signifies the 1st LEED Gold Certified building in Malaysia, in addition to winning the 2012 FIABCI Best Sustainable Building award. The significance behind these particular achievements and what makes this our most unique project, is that the construction of Bangunan Lestari was completed within 11 months of its commission. This development comprises of 4 stories of office suites above a 3 storey car park. PKT provided full services for this project.
Menara LGB, Taman Tun Dr Ismail
The completed Menara LGB by Bellworth Development is a 31-storey Grade A commercial development in the heart of the TTDI area, with retail lots at the lower 5 floors. This tower is a MSC Status, GBI certifed, and GreenMark Gold certified development, which won the FIABCI 2016 “Best Sustainable Office” title. PKT provided full services for this project.
