For 25 years, Perunding Kos T & K Sdn Bhd (PKT) has provided extensive Quantity Surveying services for a multitude of projects across Malaysia, including delivery of several projects internationally. As one of the fastest growing, globally aware and innovative Quantity Surveyors in Malaysia, we have incorporated state-of-the-art technology with thorough training for our people to achieve the highest quality services.
We have successfully completed a diverse range of projects of varying complexities, ranging from high-rise luxury hotels in the heart of KL, data centres in Johor, including delivery of an entire township in Shah Alam. Our experience and continuous tendering has allowed us to build up a reliable cost library, constantly updated for currency of rates, to enable us to cost all projects precisely as possible. Our highly skilled people ensure that all projects achieve ultimate cost efficiency.
The Technology
Here in PKT, we have become among the leaders throughout Malaysia in the usage of Building Information Modelling (BIM). BIM is progressively becoming a crucial part of daily construction consultancy, become more readily practiced by an increasing number of consultants and contractors. All of our people have been trained upon entry into our firm to be accustomed with the usage of BIM; working with both 2D CAD drawings and 3D Architectural & Structural Models on a daily basis.
Our proficiency with BIM software has been proven by the multiple professional and educational bodies in Malaysia certifying PKT’s office as a fully BIM operational office, and a learning centre for BIM. We provide our clients comfort by allowing them to visually experience our services as precise, of high quality and consistently on time, due to the technology and protocols implemented.

Manufacturing forms a large part of Malaysia’s GDP, and to provide a solid working area that encourages good supply chain management principles requires good planning prior to construction to maximize efficiency. PKT’s experience with factories, logistic hubs, warehouses and semi-conductor factories allows us to provide the appropriate services for all projects, achieving HACCP accreditations for factories, flat flooring for warehousing and logistics and ASRS system implementation.
Commercial & Office Fitout
Our portfolio in regards to Commercial projects range from small to large, having completed showrooms, fit-out works, refurbishments, and whole developments. We have undertaken full office fitout projects for Multi National Companies (MNCs) both local and international.
Data Centres
